When it's this cold, dont order fish. That live in water, which freezes easily.


It's cold outside.
I've lost a few fish that I've ordered off of the internet. I've never *****ed. Not once.
 
youve become a celebrity on here... everyone knows ya now! watch out for the papparazzi... Keeep your head up, Eventually you will find the perfect Lungfish!

when i use to order from other sellers out west they would CHECK THE WEATHER for the week and hold off....
i think its shady to keep this ''term'' in fine print... alex should of said something to him when he work on price.... good character goes a long way selling... i rather spend more $ with the sell who would warn me about that terms......IMO chacter goes a long way... and if something like this happens a good ''charactered'' person would try to help with this maybe pay cost for replacement + shipping...
but then again bunsinuss is about $ not being a good person.....

I deal with contracts every day. I guess reading the fine print comes with the ability to read.
 
I have been contacted by some other MFK's who have been slighted by this vendor in the past.
They have asked to remain anonymous for obvious reasons. I don't blame them not wanting to get flamed either, but just a note to let you know that I'm not alone.

thats where it comes down to bunsinuss is bunsinuss.....
and the reason i dont deal with the ''mom and pop'' sellers unless im good friend with them...

whether its a policy that you agree with or not...you still took the chance and ordered with him. if you dont like the policy then im sure you can find the fish somewhere else. you decided to take the chance and it bit you in the butt. oh well. next time dont try to haggle, especially if there is a policy against it.
