My flowerhorn has a swollen lip?

Just like the title says his lip is swollen. Bottom lip to be specific. Should I be worried?

Useless. Can't see anything. He looks totally fine and still eats and everything but his lip is like twice the normal size. He is also fading right now so like half the lip is pink and half black.

I'm not sure what its called, But I believe thats a bacterial infection.

That's a good write up. I just did a water change but cannot add salt and do not have and methylene blue.

sounds like it could be duck lips . if so , its a pita and it can be deadly .
