My friends 86cm (34inch) wolf

Just wanted to share the mega beast of a wolf to MFK community. Introducing a 86cm, 34" wolf. Can anyone guess what variant? Such a damn beast.

An aimara with curupira colors lol... Can't say I've seen one like it to guess what variant.

What size tank does he have it in? I'm guessing it was brought in that large? Curious if he has gotten any growth out if it. I'm skeptical about being able to grow one that large in a home aquarium.

For those who are curious, it was collected from cayenne river in Guyana. Very unique pattern, new to me as well. It was brought in at 70cm, just over two feet and has since grown 16cm in a tank that's not that big at all. 160x80x70 which means it's grown longer than the width of the tank. Amazing... Housed alone.

Any idea how long he has had it that it has put on 16cm? Impressive that it continues to grow like that.

$4k for such a beast?

I'll ask him tmr, I've seen him post about it since early last year so just under a year and half I suppose. Its going price is just about 8k usd actually which isn't unreasonable which I'm sure many on MFK here would agree with. It will take so many years to get to this size.
