My gars feeder guppys have babies, lol!

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
But this small tank is the one hes been in for 5 months!
im sure on my other threads people told me that was too small, thats why i recently put him in the two foot, and as it is a small tank he seemed to have trouble manouvering round the plants,so do i put these in or just float them,il put him back in this small tank after new years day, then we will take it from there.
But he does look happy and active in the 2ft,and he was trying to eat the guppy babies in there, they are about 5mm long, and there is only one left now so maybe hes eaten them.

heres some pics from when he was in the small tank about 3 weeks ago.

and hes looked like this since he got to this size.

make sure to remove any uneaten food after you feed the gar...if you don't this just goes toward contribution of ammonia toxicity. glad to hear he's at least taking interest--

I do mate dont worry, and i was very happy to see him with a big mouthfull

Well i dont know what i have done to my little gar but since i posted that he ate a bit of prawn, well he even beats the polys to it now and im having to put more in for them because the gar sits there and eats it all,by the time ive shut the sliders on the top of the tank hes normally got a mouthfull and ive done absolutely nothing different and ive tried this method before,eg putting other foods in with the bloodworm,im amazed at how much he will eat:WHOA::WHOA::WHOA::WHOA::WHOA:
