My humble cichlid tank

The Heckelii don't look all that bad, although there is not a close enough shot to say for sure. But it's not like their fins have been taken down to stubs.
I would agree this is a difficult mix, only thing I would really worry about is the flowerhorns. Once they get large, you shouldn't really be keeping them with mbuna and heckelllii.

Clearer pics of the heckelli.. does not look too bad to me
Then the 2 beat up flowerhorn... You can see how bad the bigger one was beaten up.
Last pic is the big bully
Note: I bought all 3 flowerhorn at the same time when both were 1 inch big...had to relocate 2 to cichlid tank to save them lol
If ever necessary I can get tanks easily to accommodate the other 2 flowerhorns
