Awesome! Your tank is beautiful, but I don't love that background. Personally I think it takes a lot away from the aquascaping and plants, but if you like, then keep it on ;)
 
Stopped by the fish store today, they got a new shipment of some nice Betta's in today. I saw this guy and just had to get him....impulse buy :grinno:... He was labeled as a Dragon Fin. Is this even a real breed? He's very active, and often sees a reflection of himself in the background of the tank and charges, only to slam into the glass :ROFL:. He likes to flare his gills and stick his fins right out at his reflection too.

dragon refers to the metallic silver scales on the body and face. you can find "dragon" bettas in just about every color.

What temp do you have the water for your betta,I have a mine in a 10g planted tank at room temp,but I would like to move him to my bigger tank with tetras coryies etc. So I can do something different with that tank, My big tank is about 78-80' and the tank he is in now is about 70-72' if I slowly acculate him do you think he would do fine??? Below is a pic of his tank. Thanks

He'll be fine... my tank is about 82º.

Your set up is very nice that root and plant on top look great.
