No I didnt say anything was identical but i just figured blind fish would have the same kind of reaction from being blind nothing about tetras and polypterus being identical.

As far as the nonsense about the colour being related to it being blind. Why don't you people take a look at what your regular endlis colour is during the night. My setup at night is pitch black. Yet all mine go fairly pale, they don't look like op's bichir.
