LOL...she has 5 sisters, but they're all older, with kids and are nuttier than fruit cakes...hahaha.

Nah, no neo look-alike here. He's in a class all by himself.

I need to start hitting the weights again. I've been doing more conditioning for the past few months. What I've gained in strength and stamina, I've lost in mass, haha.

I also have to get my tattoos finished up. The people that did my work are all as busy as I am and we can't get enough time to sit and make a go of it. I've been embellishing upon the ones I got back like 10 years ago and have been wanting to complete the sleeves over the past 3 years...no time to do so.

Def. got to finish up your ink! Been attempting to beef up my workout routine more too. Needing a goal I was talking with my friend about pullups and he told me how you must do 20 to get into the Marines. Hence this is my new goal for the summer!

Perhaps sharing this goal over MFK will further motivate and push me? Right now I can do 17 in a row with a forward grip.

Anybody else here care to share their pull up record?
 
lol 8 but I dont resemble the incredible hulk either...
 
in the past i could do 10 now i would be happy to do 5.... right now im gonna go smoke another cig then go try some pull ups... ill be back after my asthma attack with a new number

I still have a level of shading to do on the right arm with the tribal sun on it, which is why the swirling and stuff looks unfinished. After that, I'm moving onto finishing that sleeve. The other arm will go through a similar process. I also have both upper legs and my back done as well, hahaha. I also want to have a chest piece done too. It sucks having friends that were tattoo artists, LOL. Problem is, we've all grown up and have no time for anything anymore.

My workout routine sucks compared to what I used to put myself through. I used to go through a combat-type routine without breaking a sweat, now walking down the block is a chore...haha..j/k.

RE: Pull-ups...

I was up to 18-20 back in my martial arts days. Now, I could probably do about 10, LOL....I had good success making my way up to the 20 with pyramid sets. Start with 1 then rest 30 seconds, then 2 and rest 30, etc. Starting like this will serve as a means of determining your tolerance. Pick a pyramid (ex. 1-2-3-4-5-4-3-2-1) that you can comfortably get up to the top and still do the sets coming back down. Eventually, I made my way up to 20....Just make sure that you can manage the previous pyramid with some degree of ease before starting your next one, whether it be a few days, weeks, etc.
 
allright i can do 5.... i need to get my arse back in shape....and i need a 02 machine while im doing it....
