Sort of looks like a Pseudotropheus lombardi (don't know if I spell that correctly), known as a Kenyi. The bars look too numerous and narrow to be one of those, but maybe they are that why when tiny, not sure though. If that's what they are, they are very nasty fish prone to killing others that can't defend themselves. They are hyper quick when they attack and have sharp little teeth. I had some over 10 years ago, but none that small. They like hard akaline (pH 8.2 would work) water best. Give them cichlid flakes and pellets, also give some veggie matter, such as flakes enhanced with spirulina.
They are moothbreeders, dominate males turn yellow when sexually mature. It is better to have 1 male per 3-5 females, rival males might try taking each other out.
Like I said, I don't know if that's a Kenyi, but even if it isn't, it looks closely related enough that most of the info I gave would still apply to some extent.
