I'm sure Ken and Hugh have you pointed in the right direction. If you're still looking for an Ultima 4000, you might want to look into how much water you will need to backflush that filter. I couldn't do it with my setup. You'll be light on mechanical filtration as well with Ultimas and/or a sump. But your on the right track with closed-loop IMO.

PS. Don't drill the tank. Run your intakes and returns over the top of the tank and see how you like it first. I bet after you do it you don't want/feel the need to put holes in your tank.
 
Mines all done and in place now! Whew! It's been many sleepless nights. Thanks to my 2x friends who moved my tank into the fish room! It allowed me to document how smooth the move went. 2 people to move a 1,000lb tank! Genius!
