My New Background build...concrete or not??

awesome looking background, good job. so using the drylok keeps the PH from going off the charts?

works 100% this is the 2nd time Ive used drylok. This time I applied 3 coats of drylok. Absolutely NO Leaching...Ph remained 6.4 all thru the night. I will fill and drain for safety's sake. Will fill and get running tomorrow.

Its finally filled. Borrowed water from my other tank to fill it and used a seeded filter with already established bio-media in it. So, it should be ready when it clears up. Gonna add a UV sterilizer and should be good to go.

All parameters are perfect, but...Ph is about 7.6. Not bad, but I am going to do a 50% wc tonight and see if it alleviates it. If not my other tanks are all around 7.-7.2. So, if I am just transferring fish into the tank I should not come across any problems.

Just dropped the babies in as well as the baby cory. If they do well, I will put the new purchase in tomorrow.
