No Shane, this was by no means any of your fault.
I appriciate the condolences guys, it was a very hard loss. I honestly don't know how happened. As soon as I saw he was passed, I took him out immediatly (couldn't stand to see the ther fish pick at him), and bagged him up and put him in the freezer. I did some tests right away, and nothing was out of wack. PH was fine, ammonia nitrate nitrite and temp were all good. He did have the red imflamed area under his belly, but his colouration on top of his disk was fine days and hours before hand. I felt his stomach when I pulled him out and he wasn't skinny or malnorished, so since I can't find a solution, I will find a vet that will do an autopsy on him, to see if it was medical (heart attack etc.). When I find what happened to him. I will make according adjustments to the tank, and you guessed it, i'm coming back for more. I won't give up.
