mine wont eat pellets lol he refuses to eat them lol. so i give in and give him guppies and ghost shrimp. but lately he has taken a likening to my german blue rams, lol but i dont really care for them anyways so oh well.

very common, once they get the taste for live food kiss any other fish good bye. feeding them live food tends to make them more likely to eat the other fish they are living with/and makes them more aggressive... so fish fillets or fresh dead fish are the best.

i mean i care but i like my tsn so much better lol but needless to say the rams are now safe in my friends tank so no more expensive feeders lol. i got him to eat bloodworms once and he got sick so he wont eat them no more so i have to do feeders otherwise he wont eat. he also ate my oto cats also

makes sense i think mine was depessed for a week. the catfish that he grew up with all of a sudden died for no apparent reason, and he wouldn't eat anything.
can fish get depressed?

my tsn ate today. first time since i brought him from the lfs. he ate a regular cheap black molly dat i bought yesterday, so im goin wit feeders. ill jus add cheap mollies in the tank lol . that way he will be fed. hehe

That's pretty much what i did, mines eating like crazy and already getting a little size to him

It's cool to see his eat but i still want him on pellets sooner or later. Too much disease with feeders!!!
