That top is going on outside tanks!!! No more lifting, yea!

(I want a basement, but if I dig down more the 6ft I get a swimming pool )

hey i know u used would but i was considering 6x6x12 cement blocks on the sides as a frame and smooth concrete bottom of basement. Is this ok to? i was thinkin it mights be rough on the top where the liner goes over but i figered i could used foam or would to handle that

You'll have to tie the blocks together (cement thru all holes & some rebar).

Foam sheet insulation on sides, bottom and lay carpet over the top edge to cover anything rough. Then install your liner.
