So all u do is cover the styrofoam with drylok and let it seal and ur done ? No concrete involved?

yea pretty much.. silicone it in the tank and voila

the key was the great stuff foam. you can fill in the shape with it and shave it down to be whatever shape you want

Grout and epoxy works pretty good. Grout is IMO the best way to go. Lasts forever, even on water- conrete over time will decompress...
