My Pack of Vittatus Tiger Fish.

You might want to put a heater guard/cover over the heater as sometimes the ATFs will attack the heater when the light comes on thinking it's some type of food. Also please share the flow rates and growth on these bad boys! Very nice fish!!

I moved them from the bowfront to a 2000 gallon 8.5ft x 5ft tall round tub. Last time I measured them.. the smallest was around 12 inches and the bigger ones were around 16 inches. Have you noticed any aggression between the 10 of them? Also what are you feeding yours? Do yours go crazy when it's feeding time too?

Ok I'll look into that. And I am currently running 2 hydor 1500's aswell as a emperor 400 and a rena XP4.

Thank you for the nice compliment DB and okay.. you caught me in a lie :ROFL:.. lol.. I have 10 VATFs.. maybe a few more 'other' ATFs but only 10 vatf!

Once the pecking order was established there was hardly any aggression between the pack.. just some bickering come feeding time. And yes.. they always go nuts when they see me climb the ladder to feed them. I also had a 'ton' of dithers in the tank...bunch of Silver Dollar type fish. Here is a video from December.

Totally agree. It also helps to have a bunch of dithers and little decoration like you have. This keeps the high strung fish too busy to pick on one fish because there are so many around. It also keeps them from fighting over territory.
