plenty of things you could put in there. many of the tetras all shoal (serpae, black widow, red eye etc). glassfish, i currently have a few red tailed glassfish and they shoal well. danios. rams arent to difficult in my experience. a few shoals of different cories is a must! maybe a couple of loaches like yo yos or clowns. gouramis are good and many different ones. you could get some plecs (not plant eating ones). the list is kind of endless, but if you really plant it up, that would make a great com. tank
