My Red Wolf New Tank Project

Quick update. I succesfully transfered my red wolf Eryu to the new tank. Actually it's in my new place, about 30 minutes from my old place. Thank God nothing bad happen to Eryu, just lost body coloration (stress i guess) and appetite. I transfered Eryu 3 days ago. Now Eryu spend lots of the time hiding. But i saw everytime i go to bed, and the room light off, Eryu came out from hiding and hovering the new tank. Learning about the new environtment. I threw 1 pellet (massivore, Eryu's fave) and he just refuse to eat. I keep try to be patient. But, in the morning the pellet has gone. Hope Eryu ate it. Hope Eryu okay with the new home.

Update again.

So i woke up in the middle of the night to grab some water. It's a warm night. I checked on my red wolf Eryu, and there he was. Hovering the tank under the weak lights from windows. I turn the tank light on, and i saw Eryu swim way more calm. I threw 1 hikari massivore (try my best not to screw the parameters with uneaten food) in case Eryu starved and look for food.

Finally i managed to take some pics. Sorry for the low quality of pics. Wish Eryu luck in his new home ???

Quick Update on My Red Wold

Great little monster you have growing out! He looks great in the tank!
How big is he by now? Full grown?

Thank you! Last week i try to measure him, and he's only around 18 cm or 7 inches, so i believe he's not full grown yet. Hope he'll always healthy and grow more. Btw is there any red wolf here that surpass 8 or even 10 inches?

I’ve heard of 10 inch, 8 is more typical.
I would think that a particularly large (though very uncommon) one could hit 12 inches of cared for very well and was genetically lucky.
