alright let me know, im probably interested in those auranti, any chance of you importing those blue marulioides i think they're called? well the marulioides like the ones you have?

The order will be around this spring so better save up now and it will happen soon. As for the blue emperor kinda hard to find as my Japanese supplier doesn't reply back to me anymore.

Really a community tank. How many fish in this?
Any idea about max size of emperor?
Ole'

Thanks! I think it will max out around 30"+ but the growth rate is somehow slow down now.

Hey King-el.
Gorgeous looking Marulioides!
I have a question for you.

What was your Marulioides coloration as a Juvi?

I ask this, as I have a group of 3 Marulioides juvis btween 4" and 5" and they are a very different color to the normal looking Marulioides I kept years ago.

The ones I have a very blueish tint to their lower half.

Hope to hell they turn out half as nice as yours!

Cheers!

Emperor is around 25-26"+. Temperament of the chevron..., they don't bother anyone especially the emperor. They are kinda lazy and will only come out during feeding time or going to the surface.

Very nice, emperor is of good size! How old, age? Striata usually quite aggressive, your mixing of community tankmates must balance out aggression levels just right. Good stuff!

Great!
Thats just how mine looked when I got them.
This kind are hard to get here in Japan. They have many of the more brownish juveniles like I had before, but the 3 I got look just like that!
Any idea on source location of these? My fish supplyer had no idea when he sold me mine.

Thanks bud.

The emperor is less than 2 years old. Will get to two years old in June.
