Second, Jumping type fish don't jump if the water is good along with tank mates and size of tank.
I have 4 different "PRONE TO JUMP" fish in a topless tank and they are happy..
Why not look into a Catalina goby , very pretty and very small.
Add corals after you get the tank stable and cycled..
If you have proper lighting.
