?TUrtles NEED filter, dechlorinated water and cycled tank. They can survive without it but its the same as putting a betta into a chlorinated bowl. Its animal cruelty. Turtles produce as much waste as an same sized oscar. THey get irritated eyes from chlorinated water (happened to me), and ammonia burns on their skin and shells from prolong exposure to ammonia. PLease dont spread false care information. Its like telling people its good to put betta in a small bowl
