Well, my curupira is passive enough; he's only killed 3 and maimed 2. An aimara would be quite dangerous.....

Dangerous and very very very aggressive is the reason why I like aimara.
And it will give you alot of fun and attention.
Other fish dun react to me when my hand wave.

Search under zeroneox in YouTube to see how much fun time I have with it.

Still no internet at home but just a small stock update for the big tank.

As it stands, the stock is as follows;

1x Hoplias Curupira
2x Hoplerythrinus U.
2x geophagus Brasiliensis
1x L21

I have a grow out set up and will hopefully be adding;
2x Cichlasoma cf. Ornatum (first ones in the UK i believe- I do own these, just haven't taken delivery)
2x Hoplerythrinus U. (as long as Wildwoods haven't sold them when i can finally order them at the end of this week.)

I also have my F0 Dicrozoster and F1 Altifron in there for the time being until the grow out is set up, then they can move back.

i'm also working on an Armatus but there is a big list of other special ones. Curveri would also be good and I've even toyed with the idea of a gaggle of Caribe or Dentex. Oh and P Bass (Kleberi, Orino or Orinocoensis not sure which) but they're not Characins, so you don't want to know about them..!

Oh and Steve; white sand looks awesome against the Black Wolf. :thumbsup:

Black Wolf = Hoplias Curupira. He's about 15-16" whilst the Golds are 10" and 12".

I will do some pics as soon as i can but it's all a bit of a challenge to post at the moment with no interwebs and such.
