depends on the deals they have... if theres some outrageous steals ... then yes... i just wouldnt ask her for any information

but if i were you and got yelled at...then i wouldnt show up in there again.. id send someone else in for me:grinyes:
 
go back there and throw some loose change into her tanks.

Wow, an entire paragraph with no punctuation. That was a stream of conciousness. I say cycle your tank, but I don't. I add prime, stress zyme, and perform water changes. I also use carbon. I haven't lost a fish during cycling for years. It's up to you, but you have to be vigilant.

Anyways, I kinda find it hard to belive that a person would just snap like that, and actually yell at you, for really no reason. Unless she was absolutly crazy to begin with.
 
Its so unfortunate that there are this type of people running LFS everywhere and giving out so much bad information.. If there is another one near you I'd try to shop there instead of giving her the business... or print off some great articles about cycling and tank sizes and give to her or put them in the mailbox so she can read for herself?

anyway, we cycle tanks for a week and its been proven ok.
abt cycling tanks for a long period of time... ITS BETTER, way better. that way u leaving no risk of unhealthy tank. gj! :D thing is, we dont have tha patience like urs.
