IMO, only the first fish you posted is anything special. The rest look like plain jane marble motoros to me and I wouldnt pay morethen $3-400 for them.

Jimr has some REALLY nice CB marbles, probably the best in the country.

Pedro at Aquascape has some marbles for ONLY $250 that have tons of potential.

nice marbles are out there, just keep your eyes open.

The ones on the website are his..... as in not for sale. You won't find beautiful high quality Marbles for sale. They never make it past the vendors..... OR are sold before they land. And like I said IF they do they can cost anywhere from $500-$1000. And I could easily count on one hand the number of specimens of this caliber I have seen for sale in the last 2 years.

The Superspots are indeed beautiful. But for that kinda money I'de like to know what I'm buying (like pics of the parents).

I only know of one...... And JimR has it.

I received some pictures of the actual specimens from H2O and they were nothing like the ones posted at the website. Maybe it was simply because they were pups, or maybe I asked the wrong questions?

Thats because you asked for pictures of Mantilla/marble hybrids the ones at the bottom of that page are the superspot hybrids.

DB - I don't want to hijack this thread, but you sure seem to complain a lot about the lack of marbles. Someone on this forum had 5 they couldn't give away a couple months ago. They're out there.

Mike, any uodate on your marble pair? Those two stand out as a stellar pair whose pups should be priced a bit higher!

THE PICTURES HE SENT ME WERE NOT THAT GREAT EITHER BUT THE RAY I RECEIVED WAS BEUTIFUL!....BUT NO THEY ARE NOT PLAIN MARBLE MOTORO'S. LOOK AT THE PICTURES I HAVE IN THE PHOTO LOUNGE. THERE IS A GOOD CHANCE THEY WILL TURN OUT VERY NICE

Sorry but most were sold in last week, Just one pair of mantilla/marble left and one male superspot. All the breeding groups were split up so that they can start producing pure rays now. Just kept them in large groups with many males in order to get them breeding once they start breeding we put them back in same species only tanks. So won't see these anymore.
