under a bridge in fl
he hasnt been eating lately "if you havent seen the thread i did"
the 240 still needs
lid hold downs
filter isnt fully done
temp is 7 degrees off and dont have spare heater
dont really have a net big enough.
im going :nilly: right now.
dont want to aclimate but was told by a trust worthy person to do it.
any tips opinions? :(
also plan to move the filter media with fish.

he looks ok, as long as he is swimming around and not laying on the floor then your ok for now. act quick and fix the problems ASAP. usually aros can go a while without eating, i would just watch the water parameters and make sure he isnt being effected by that.

he does a lap then sits on bottom
sitting on bottom more and more
and starting to tilt
i put 5lbs of weight on each corner of lid, hope it works till i can fix.
also took the heater out of his tank and put it in the 240
im afraid its going to take forever.
aro needs to be moved.
so im thinking maybe let his tank temp drop and the 240 heat up a bit
then aclimate the temp difference.
sound ok?
i didnt sleep cus of this dang fish and im thinking i need to move him now
:irked:

turned on the light and he started swimming like normal.
guess i might wait till tonight or one more day to move him.
still could use tips on my temp change problem.
i cant buy a heater and only have the one in his tank and need to heat the 240.
his heater will be in the 240.
how long do you think it will take a 200 watt heater to heat a 240g up about 7 degrees?

just put the heater back in his tank.
heater did nothing to the 240 temp.

maybe kill the heater in both, let his temp drop,do move, then add heater and raise temp?
or will that take to long also?
240g temp is 78 ,his tank is at 85.
as you can tell, not sure what to do.lol
temp change and aclimate or not are my main things i cant figure.
im done for now.
hopefully i can get some tips and ideas today and maybe try late tonight.
fingers crossed he is ok till then.
thanks in advance for any advice..

changing from 85 to 78 was a water change in my tank.

add some salt to ease the stress on the fish.
