Need help with 55gal to change into saltwater

I got it set up, its a kent and marine 60 hi s 60 gpd, i got it for 150.

nice get it setup yet?? there should be a recommended amount of water to disgard of initially. You do this anytime you replace filters or set them up.

awsome. get that water in the tank asap then, so you can get it stable and what not. have fun its great and addicting hobby lol.

water is in. added salt and powerheads are on mixing the salt and water

awsome, next step would be to add the sand and LR. What I would do is remove some water and take the level down about 3-4 inches and keep that water. The next day the water will most likely be cloudy and then you can do a water change.

the water is already about 4inches down. I will be adding the sand, then the rocks

This is good this helps me as later on at when i get a job i want to get a 30 or 40G tank and just have some small stuff in there.
