I 100% agree with what joe was saying in his post.
The 20g per fish rule only applies for full grown fish 8+ inches.
Also when they are juvy there is a good chance of losing some along the way, its easier to thin out the shoal then decide later on that you want more and try finding some similar size to the ones you have.
I would start out with 3 dozen dime size ones. Vendors usually have discount if you buy them by the dozen. It won't take long before they hit 2 inches. And the small ones are a lot cheaper than buying them at 2 inches. They will grow like weeds. I would also put them in the 200g and watch them growout in that tank. With 3 dozen small rbs your tank won't look dull and you will definitely see movement and action in the tank especially during feedings.
