There are a number of plants that tolerate light brackish; Val, Bacopa and Java Fern to name a few.

I dunno. I got mine to accept larger fish... but he hated the Gobies. Of course I moved him into their tank though.

The problem with mangroves is "plant" isn't the right word...they're mangrove TREES lol. Not really suitable for home care in the long run.
