haha shes pretty good! im sure she'll b carrying one side. im used to moving big heavy stuff i work for a oil company and am always moving boilers and stuff. thanks for the advice, i was thinks of doing that into the back of my truck. think we are gonna use a heavy cart as its about the same height as the stand the tank is on. should be able to slide it out of his wall and right onto the cart. just waiting for the guy tocall me so i can go pick it up. i hate waiting
Sounds good, post up some pics when you get it! My pics are in my gallery, moving mine in the house tomorrow, It's been stuck in my truck for about a week, too much mud in MI, cold tonight!
haha nice! i cant wait for mine to b in. what kind of substrate are you using in your tanks? i see alot of people on here use pool filter sand but idk how that is. my two fresh water tanks now have blk sand but im thinking of changing it up and doing a lighter color in the new tank.
Mostly I use med. to small gravel. In this new tank...black sand. When you say change to lighter color sand, do you not like your black sand?
well all my tanks have black sand except my salt tank. id rather use sand over stone cause i feel its easier to clean. i wanna just change it up some. kinda bored with the black i guess. i really wanna make this tank look like a swamp theme, since i have gars and bass that will be in it. pretty hard to find a substrate to look like mud. haha but thats the look i wanna go for
only down fall on the black sand is you see all the **** and stuff on the bottom of the tank. but over all i like it just kinda looking for a diff look
