New 75g/Predator ?'s

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
So I changed my setup a bit. I added the AC110 and removed one of the Emporers, I also removed the Koralia 1 and put in my 2 Koralia 4's, my tank looks like a whirlpool now, the 2 fish that my friend gave me seem like they're using the rocks for protection from the current. Is that okay?

Try adjusting your flow...my tank has AWESOME flow, but it is pretty intense.

Heres my secret. I position my powerheads pretty much as low as I can go without disturbing the substrate, and then I angle them up towards the surface. I want to pick as much stuff up of the bottom, while keeping the whole surface agitated. There are other things that come into play with me placement wise, but those are the basic rules. Good luck, it takes some tinkering to get right.

When I get home today I'm gonna try to adjust it a little.

Lol, he had a 75. I setup the 20, but I put the 10 in my closet.
What type of fish is a good/easy breeder? I may breed some feeders for my preds in this 20 gallon.
I stopped by my lfs to see what kind of preds they had in stock. I decided I'm going to do a trigger with the blue spotted puffer and the jeweled moray. I didn't know there were so many types of trigger... They had a Luluna Trigger around 10" that they wanted $800 for, they also had blue lines, starry, white tail, bursa, and a couple labeled as "ungulate" but I thought it was spelled undulate. Will any of these triggers work with a jeweled moray and blue spotted puffer? They also had a blue spotted toby puffer, is that the same as a blue spotted puffer?

Thanks.
