From what has been mention in this great sub forum of ours. Congicus and Teugelsi have been popular as of late. Faranah Lap, Koloton, Regional Endlis, and few others I'm sure.

have you tried feeding lights off, works all the time with new polys
Just did that! I turned the lights off and put 4 massivores in there.
Usually its hard to feed a slow eater with lights on, with your stock the lap might not get any food, plus poly are noctural and feed at night in the wild.
Well there has been instances where in the pellet is right in front of its face. The lap doesn't even acknowledge it.
You can always try piece of tilapia after turning lights off so your tiger fish wont see it, i know its frustrating but that usually triggers it for them to eat. Maybe use a tong to drop it in front of the lap.
Can't Tiger Fish eat raw and pellets? I use to have large 12-17" Datnoids that were stubborn to take pellets. But will after 2 days of no tilapia. Frustrating sure but alternated.
Yeah I have a few long tongs from my saltwater reef days, I'll put them to good use if this guy doesn't start eating soon!
I'm sure it can but my brain keeps going back to the 2 months of starvation I had to put this guy through lol.
