Update:
The little guy is doing well in the 220. They all appear to be getting along, or at least avoiding each other. Feeding has been tricky because my larger eels and catfish can easily eat food that is too large for my smaller eel to eat. However, they will eat everything and it can be hard for there to be anything left by the time the little guy comes out. I have got a technique worked out so that he gets a chance at some red wigglers. It took several weeks for him to warm up but he now regularly eats some red wigglers each feeding. He tried eating a night crawler and a shrimp, but they were too big. Here's a few pictures of when he tried to eat the night crawler:
Unfortunately, he got too close to one of the catfish and the night crawler got snatched right out of his mouth. Since then, he's been doing great.
