Cubed frozen krill. The cubed krill has a really bad impact on my water quality though (made my nitrate spike to above 80ppm), so I am feeding them freeze dried krill now and I'll switch to regular frozen krill (the kind that comes in a sheet of ice) whenever the FD krill runs out and I can find some at one of my lfs's.
