not any fish, there are some cats who will grow far too big for your tank such as the Red Tailed Catfish and some catfish who in my opinion would be too small to keep with a Brown KNife-fish such as Otto cats.
what he saying is buy some cheap fish, maybe 6-10 neon tetras before any other fish and leave them in there untill the water in your tank has finished its natural cycling. look it up online to find out what to do in more detail.
I'm getting the tank in about a week, maybe I'll go to petsmart and let you know which ones they do have, if they don't have the lace catfish.
Also I googled Lace Catfish for a better look, and they look really nice. I hope to god they have those.
Oh okay, cool. What do I do with the tetras when the cycle is done? Leave them in there, I'm sure the Knife Might eat them ahaha.
if they don't have them at petsmart you can always order online, www.liveaquaria.com, check that sight out. it's the only place i look online when ordering fish and ive never had any problems.
yea go ahead, if you dont have anywhere else to put them, let the knife -fish have a little fun with them. 
DONT GET NEONS! they die in cycling, they are WEAK fish, get either white cloud mountain minnows, rosys, or danios those are hardy fish
