Very nice. IME my fish from Don come in bigger than advertised. Watch out for the fenestratum though. Probably the most aggro CA I've kept. I'm getting some Bartoni and Grammodes next week via Don. Don't take this the wrong way but you're gonna need a MUCH bigger tank VERY soon for all those fish. Otherwise expect casualties.

Thanks for the info. I'm not expecting any problems though. I have over 1600g of water to spread them out in. Any casualties will be from my own stupidity rather then lack of space:).

Bartoni and Grammodes are large jump up the aggression order, Bartoni are the meanest fish pound for pound in my opinion. All of the males I have owned have had serious attitude problems. One angry little fish!!!

Fish look great!! Wish I had your water ;) Good luck with all the breeding projects!

Hah!!! See, my liquid rock water is good for something:D.

Looking forward to seeing oyu and Sean next weekend at the auction. It's always a really long day for me but well worth it.

Whoops, looks like I posted 2 of the same pictures of the male Regani. Here is a picture of the other female

Can't wait to see pics. Good luck!

Thanks GMFISHNUT. Looking through some of your pics and threads is what made me want to keep umbriferus. Mine have a long way to go before they can look anything like some of yours.

All the fish are alive and well this morning. The Regani are not swimming a lot but seem to be fine. The Argentea and Catemaco are swimming all over the place exploring there new homes. The Umbriferus seem pretty stressed, but I would assume that is to be expected will newly caught wild fish. I put a few small marbled cons in with them that did not have much spotting for snack if they want one. Hopefully they will ocme around and start eating soon.

Super fish & pics! The regani pics look good, so the fish must look great! That's one nearly impossible fish to photograph.

Thanks Chris. You must be right about pics of regani. Don pretty much highly recommended these fish as some of his best. I have always liked regani but never saw any pictures that just blew me away. He sent me some pics and I thought they were really nice fish. Still not completely blown away though. I got the fish out of the bags and BAM, completely blown away with the regani. I like everything I got but if I would have known how nice the Regani are I honestly think I would have just ordered 8-10 of them. They really are a fish that needs to be seen in person to be fully appreciate.

Nice fish! Love the pics!

Very cool bro.I can't wait to get my fish in from Don.With these big sizes you should have fry soon.Looking forward to updates once the settle in

Thanks man. The male regani is already hurding his 2 girls around. I wouldn't be suprised if one of the trio's lays in a week or 2. YOu just never know with these fish though. Could be tomorrow, could be a year.

What fish are you waiting on? Don talked like there is going to be some really rare stuff coming up after his next SA trip.
