I still have the pea gravel I was going to give you...I think sticky was going to trash his sand tomorrow, send him a pm and see if he still has it.

Yup, quite important. Your setup will look sweet if you put some sand on the bottom and just a few of those pebbles. No extra expense but much easier maintenance. Oh, and no anaerobic zones
. When I first started putting tanks together it took me a while to get it right and drove my g/f crazy that I was constantly working on the aquariums. Now she's crazy about the fish. Heck, she got me into stingrays!
