Sexing Cichlasoma festae

come on man, couldn't you read it, get the jist of it, and post your opinion here?

You consider that "Not shining"? You cannot be serious.

A stressed Festae will certainly not display such vibrant colouration. Instead they will appear an extremely washed, horrid green with very little red and/or blue.

That there is a dominant male Festae at the top of his game.

my male festae would get that on his dorsal to when i did water changes. i am 100 percent sure that is a male. females at that size are not as yellow as that

he is a very nice festae. i just meant he will shine more thatn he is now. i had a 14 inch male so i know how pretty they can become
