New filtration setup questions

you don't have to replace any of the media your going to use ? What are you replacing now ? the poret foam and bio media doesn't replaced just cleaned in tank water. Buy the poret foam in different colors so you know which is which
 
There is no way to quickly cycle the tank. If you have other tanks I would try to move some fish over to them to reduce your bio load. For now I would do as close to a 100% wc as possible. I would go and buy some prime if you don't already have some. Use a double dosage to reduce the effects of ammonia on your fish.
 
Don't panic. Your fish will be fine as long as you use prime and perform large wc's until your params are back to normal.
 
what did I miss sick fish and cycling ? Did op lose his cycle if so how ?

Jaws, he thinks he lost it by using an ich treatment.
 
The tank is also under filtered (it's only running on 2 2215's) If the fish was big enough he could have caused the tank to crash.
