Your planning too much when your not ready for it. You had a similar thread going before and it got locked. Don't plan these stock lists until you have the new tank or pond infront of you.

Upgrade first, then ask the stocking questions.

Definitely... May I ask your age?

Well this got out of control quickly. Well I think you need to slow it down be happy with what works now. As you are 13 you don't have the cash for all those tanks or even know how much it will cost. Do you even know how much it'll cost to run that many large tanks. With you also being young your mind can change at anytime so just slow it down. Because I highly doubt this will happen and I find it quite annoying personally how many new people on here make threads about there monster fish and their crazy ideas for it not to happen. Also quite sure your parents will not pay for the maintenance. People who do know what they are doing don't even have that many large tanks too expensive.

I need to spark up my fish life

Aiapaima need at least 10,000 gallon they are one of the largest freshwater fish in the world. Compare to wels catfish.

If you are referring to a giant grouper those can get over 1,300lbs and almost 10ft long. No way will a 450g suffice even short term. I got this information directly from Wikipedia here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Giant_grouper

i'am not referring to the 1,300 pound 10 foot long grouper i'am referring to to a much smaller species my friend has one bought a baby one and he sent me a pic of the mom and says she was 12-14 in. if i do get a indoor pond i might probably skip on the arapaima and the indoor pond how big of a tank would i need for a lince cat or 2 also the ansorgii bichir needs a bigger than 75g

Around 800 gallons would be a good start for a person with such refined taste. You'll eventually need more like 2000 gallons (assuming you avoid the arapaima). Even one Peacock Bass will need a good 200g to be comfortable. Take your time.

also tell me will this work:

100g: 2 X.Cancila 2 Rocket Gar

150g: 2 suncats 2 P.Orantus a S.Lima a P.Blochii a Sailfin pleco a Ompok Catfish a Jack Dempsey and a Texas Cichlid

200g: 3 S.Intermedus a Palmas Bichir a Delhezi Bichir a Retropinnis Bichir and a Ansorgii Bichir

250g: 2 Datnoids a Royal CK a Spotted Gar a Endlicheri Bichir a Lapradei Bichir and a belodontichthys dinema

250g: a Jaguar Cichlid a Red Tiger Motauenese a T.Buttikoferi and a Black Belt Cichlid

250g: Dovii

450g: FreshWater BumbleBee Grouper

500g: Aba aba Knifefish

550g: 2 Peacock Bass a Achara cat a Marbled Sailfin cat and Juruense cat

how big of a pond would i need for 2 paroon sharks a lince cat a RTC a TSN a RTCxTSN a RTCxAchara and niger cat

also if i get a outdoor pond how will i keep it cool during Arizona's blazing summers

if they let 13 year old buy cars and if i save the money maybe:lol2: also if i don't get a pond i would like to get a 300g with a Black Devil cat also how big of a tank would i need for a gulper cat

Gulper cat probably a 75g. They get ~14" max. And you wont see them except during feeding time. People usually get gulper catfish if they like the feeding frendzy/predator. No tankmates. they can eat fish up to twice their length.
