Question: what do u feed the majority of them? And what do you spend on food a month?
ahhhh good question, ive answered that before, but ill answer it again
i feed 6 pounds of shrimp and 6 pounds of hotdogs every other day and then i feed the growouts everyday,
and on the days that i dont feed the big fish , i throw in pellets to various tanks, so lets add this up,
6 lbs of shrimp @5.00 a lb = 30.00 x 15 days a month is 450.00 a month in shrimp actaully a little less cuz i miss a feeding every once in a while,
and the hot dogs i get from marks for 75 cents a pack x 6 packs = 4.50 x 15 days a month is 67.00 a month
and i buy a 50lb bag of pellets for 30.00 every 4 months or so, a total of about thats like about 527 a month in food for the fish, if i feed on schedule, but like i said i miss at least 3-4 days a month,
so it is about 500 a month for food, it sounds like a lot when i add it up, so i usually dont
