Well you certainly know your fish better than I do, so ultimately its up to you to make the decision that you think is best for your fish. :) What you wrote there does make very good sense as well. :)
 
Ok well i think it is best to sell it. Even if i get 70 bucks cuz hs pretty beat up. Wicked deal for someone who can keep him by himself for 2 weeks while he can heal i just dont want to come home and see him stuck to the side of a filter. Anyone want him? :p

Put an add in the FS section here, or put him up online like kijiji or craigslist, someone will pick it up pronto. My large RCK sold in 3 days useing kijiji.
 
Well i sort of traded my 2 tats for 2 gatf with payarakeeper. Ones a bit beat up from his monster gatf but ill have no problem gettin him back to good health. The 2 new ones r a little smaller then my 1st one but i figure having 3 is better then 2 to spread out any aggression. now just to get them all eating pellets or frozen food. Pics coming tonight.
 
Ones about 7" and the other is about 5-6. They r both showing good colour i just need to get the 7"ers tail to grow back to a nice point. They r schooling well with no signs of aggression so far.I just hope it stays that way.

thanks :) my tank is much more active now without the tats and i have a better feeling that they will take pellets. i figure once one does then the others will see and follow. plus the smaller one should be much quicker to take pellets. u ever see a small pupil on a gatf before? he can see out of it cuz when i walk near the tank when that side is facing me he moves away. its just the 1 eye
