This little beast is growing much more rapidly than expected. He’s about 7” I put a ruler in the tank next to him the other day and he’s hovering about 7” for sure. Video doesn’t do justice. That’s already 1.5-2” of growth in just under a month.

Would it be detrimental to my fish if I removed most of the decor. I’m entertaining the idea of removing all fish besides the silurus and the granulated catfish from the 125. And only leave my big log in there or no decor at all. The other fish would be moved to a 55-75g tank.

These both are hiders. If they try to jam into the same preferred spot, a damage could result if they won't be wiling to share but in many such instances it is trial and error.
