Good lights for the plants you have.
Get new bulbs in around 10 months.

As for ferts, iron is all you need with a piranha. Your plants will be fine without CO2.

I have an ac 110 and a bio wheel 350 with a hydor moralist circulation and wave pump 850 gph. So that will have to do for now until I make the jump to canister. Which I almost just did but didn't want to spend $250 on the one I was looking at
