Hey man try the SEA SALT ,Methaline Blue and heater method

Could try this as well. MB is good for external parasites and safe as a dip.

Bichirs don't get ich. It can happen but rarely. Senegalus looks fine. Just keep the salt in the tank for now.

except if you are me. ha. "Clean water and salt." will be repeating in my dreams at all times.

Slightly better but u can't tell what it is, that's his good side, u can see the light gray spot by his head. Kinda raised

kinda reminds me of this fungus that was on Cheestian's Australian lungfish.....https://www.monsterfishkeepers.com/forums/threads/fungus-on-my-aul-help.684473/

I believe he did MB dips/baths, clean water and salt.....Then antibiotics(if needed).
Keep in mind, I do not have much experience with meds, so would suggest listening to the other members. Good luck!
