i didnt buy my rhino igg because you dont see many of them. i bought it because ive wanted one for years and did my research.

Any suggestions I find interesting I will look into to see if its the kind of pet I would like to own and care for. By "rare" I dont mean one of a kind just abnormal and not something you would see walking into a chain pet store. And since when does "rare" mean wild caught? Would you consider a pet fox or even pet bob cat rare? Well I know of a guy who captive breeds them. Im not interested in destroying the rain forest believe it or not. I just want to keep spmething more unique which is my personal preference. If you want to keep something run of the mill by all means go ahead but get off my back and your high horse for having my own opinnion.
When I start saying im going to buy an aligator and keep it in my closet than by all means chew me out a new one but if im just looking for a unique pet either give me a suggestion and maybe where I could find a captive breed species or click the nextthread button at the bottom of the page.
On another note anyone know how much the different breeds of "Giant" Rhacodactylus Geckos generally cost?

Hummm... seems VERY fishy to me. 13k more likely. True goliah frogs are nowadys very rare in the hobby. Only a few hard core frog keepers and zoos have them. They are very dificult to keep both because of their size but specialy because of their ability to leap wich leads to disfiguring wounds even on very large tanks. They need humangous rain forest enclosures be in passable health and are very hard to get. I herd there is a guy on california that turn is entire basement in a tropical swamp for a few of this guys. Captive breeding is also very rare(but has been acomplishedcatfish hippy man (dylan);2535704; said:PHP:Hummm... your kidding rigth?
