I'm not sure I get it, those are all Characins, but not tetras. The one in the OP however is a tetra.

Look at the fins. I guarantee you that it's either a tetra or very closely related.

Middle one in the last post also has the look of a tetra actually.

The cuda is likely isalinae as it has double black line. The bottom line looks faded out.

Nastasus has one black line. A. minimus is even rarer also has a faint single black stripe. The difference in these two are scale counts and gill rakers. Likely too small to count on small fish.

Well I wasn't far off in any case!

Ultimately, in my book, that's just a fancy Tetra ;)
