Plants are growing out nicely but that pot just throws everything off for me. No offense intended. If you're trying to contain the roots, try a tupperware filled right up to the substrate level.
yeah I don't really like it either. I just don't have room for the plants. I just need a temporary holding place for them. Any suggestions? You said tupperware? Or what do you do with plants that you don't have room for? I don't really wanna toss them.

Are you planning on setting up another planted tank anytime in the near future???

If not, then i would most likely just plant them into the tank, since it will take time for everything to settle, and for you to find out what plants will and wont work under your tanks conditions...

I do not plan on it, but it could be a possibility. I have an old 30 gallon that I could set up. But my space is limited so I probably won't have another tank for another year and a half. But more than likely I will not have another tank. I guess I just have to plant it then.
