Hey guys, so I just yesterday realized the miracles of Rid-x, went out and bought some and have been doing reading on it (and sorta feeling dumb because I use it monthly on my septic and should've realized a long time ago that it works for aquariums). One thing I read is that when it decreases waste by breaking it down, it releases CO2. So my question is this: if
Rid-X increases the amount of carbon dioxide in the water, is it good for plants? Does anyone have any experience with plants and rid-x? it seems to me that it would feed the plants co2
I know CO2 i oxygen that plants use, some plants dont need it some do.

Hey! Now we don't have kids so I think it's perfectly legit that I get a lady cave. He could have his man cave too. We each get a cave. It's only fair....

Tell ur hubby i have his back... you have the living room, kitchen, bathroom, all closets, front yard, most of the back yard, wash room, and dinning room.... give the poor guy the subterranean level lol

You guys ever have one of those weeks where ALL of your equipment falls apart? In the last week I've had a HOB filter's pump break off beyond repair, another HOB suddenly got so loud you can hear it in the entire house, 3 heaters failed in various ways, and just now I was cleaning the pump on a canister and lost one of the black rubber nubs that keeps the impeller in place.... Driving me NUTS
