New to Rope Fish - help on set up

I think that was one of the undecided ones that I was leaning towards actually
You certainly won't regret a sen! They are cute, busy and lots of fun! Many people don't get huge specimens either which means they are good tankmates for a ropie. I think general max size is 8-10" 
I'm glad to see some passion here, polys are addictive and if they weren't so hard to find here I wouldn't have stopped at two! Keep going, you won't regret it

Lol my lfs almost always has senegals around, it's my favorite tank to visit lol he gets others too but I never get in there fast enough to see them. A local big box called pet supermarket gets the ropes when available.
we have a couple pet supermarkets here and for a big box store they are surprising good
Where are you at? I thought they were a florida thing lol yes, they are pretty nice. That's where I got my beamer from! This doesn't get bichirs in though
here in Dallas I stopped at one out of boredom because I'd never seen them before and was shocked to see ropefish
No other store in my county carries ropes. I'm so glad psm does because I now have my beamer
they have a decent variety here... elephant knife (I think that's what it's called, elephant something)... crazy cool looking monster fish. They seem to dedicate 3 tanks to the monster babies.
