It's undersized being a 100 gallon but that just means more maintenance which I find strangely relaxing. I'm wanting to split the fish in this tank into several large tanks so each tank could be more specialized to the fish. Like moving all the plecos but the sultan pleco into their own tank consisting of a lot of driftwood. The bichirs would get a tank that is scaped with driftwood that makes it look similar to mangrove roots but no pipes that way they feel secure under the roots but I can still see them all the time. I haven't figured out where the eels or knife fish would go though
Beamer was having a grand time playing in the bubbles and I decided to take a little video after I sat watching for 15 minutes lol she just loves the bubbles
Lol the blue mottled ones were in the bubbles too but stopped when I came over. It's fun watching them ride the bubbles up while beamer is going down the bubbles
This is one of the cool things about ropes they just love playing in currents. So when is Beamer going to get some more rope friends? Watching multiple ropes playing is so much fun
As soon as they get more in! They have my number and will call me when they have some can't wait. I'll have the 75 soon so I'm not gonna stress with them in this tank, very temporary.
For now, 2 more. I don't want to over crowd the 30g. Once the 75 is up, 2 or 3 more in that one with 1 or 2 bichirs. I'll go from there. If I has my way, I would have a bunch! Lol I just love my rope.
I would love a 150 with 20-30 ropes and 10-15 elephant nose personally
